I visited the site and found a car I was particularly interested in and therefore found a sales person to ask a few further questions before I continued with the purchase.
One of the questions that I put forward was "did the car I was looking at have a full service history?" I was told that the car had a full service history and that the car would be serviced for me before it went out.
Based on this, I agreed to continue with the purchase. Later I found out that the car hasn't got service history and it therefore couldn't have been serviced by Beck Evans either.
I feel lied to and exploited.I hope this review helps stop other people getting caught out like I have been!
